The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open with a small 4 foot dividing/support wall. It is all electric which, on levelized billing comes to about $200 per month on average. The water bill is usually $40. (We are a family of 3). The bedrooms are very spacious and if need to could easily fit 2 kids per room. The master closet is walk-in. The master bath is large and spacious with room for more storage if built into it. The deep garden tub is so very relaxing!
