Both units have wood burning fireplaces, in unit laundry, completely renovated kitchens with high end appliances, hardwood floors, central heating, double glass and high ceilings. Electricity & Plumbing have been upgraded during the conversion process. Unit 243 has in intercom system so you can convieniently buzz in house guests. We sound proved the ceiling of Unit 241. Most converted 2 unit victorian TICs are noisy. You will not have that problem here, you will not hear your upstairs nieghboors running around upstairs (and vise versa)
