CVS, Smart and Final, Fresco supermarket - all just a few blocks away. Easy freeway access, yet on the other side of the hill so no freeway noise or dust. There is a small doggie door but no pets were on the property since remodeling. I do prefer to keep it this way since the place is carpeted, but will consider well behaved pets for an additional deposit. It is a duplex and landlord lives in the downstairs unit, LGBT and otherwise friendly. One year lease, then month to month Credit history, income and background verification.
