The entire apartment building and interior has been newly renovated. Unfortunately, there is no washer/dryer unit but several laundromats are located in the neighborhood. There is no personal parking spot but you can contact the City of Chicago to obtain a residential parking permit in order to park on 23rd street. We have a strict "no pet" policy. The apartment will be unfurnished before you move in (no couches, desks, etc).
