It is a fixer upper. I am power of attorney for the owner Chris, and he has gotten into a really bad accident and became paralyzed from the waist down. Windows need replaced, doors, ect. It had a big shop in the back and a garage on side of it that is detached. I am going to start working on it though and fixing it up.
