Great mountain views, pool, workout facility, and carport included! Washer and Dryer in unit, very nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Small dogs and cats are negotiable. Located a few blocks from the Mertolink train station! There is a $1000 security desposit required. Income must be at least double what the rent is and will be verified.
