The private 3 room suite is being offered as partial compensation (along with a salary) for a full-time, live in nanny. The suite is in our house so there is no commute. The nanny needs to be a specialist working in our family's home, responsible for all tasks related to the care of our two infant twin boys. The nanny will serve as a loving and nurturing member of the family, and a trustworthy companion to the children. You will be compensated with a $295.00 per week salary PLUS room and board. Your accommodations include a beautiful, semi-furnished, 500 sq. ft., private 3 room suite with a private bath, ALL UTILITIES, DirecTV, wi-fi and laundry. The position also includes food and non-alcoholic beverages, plus full use of our renovated kitchen and home. The position does not include transportation. You will be compensated for any travel expenses associated with the children. Off street parking is not included. We are in search of a mature individual who is a college student in pursuit of their degree in child development, child psychology or a related field. The qualified candidate can also be retired, or semi-retired or a mature, qualified individual of any age. No smoking or drugs by either you or your invited guest(s). No late nights, or loud parties.
