This home features a well-equipped kitchen with a drip coffee pot and Keurig, and smart TVs that can connect to your streaming networks. All four bathrooms have walk-in showers, and there is a bonus bathroom located downstairs by the pool off the laundry room. Beach gear and beach towels are provided. Endless entertainment awaits with a private heated pool and spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Parking is located behind the house and can fit up to 5 vehicles, accessible through the back alleyway. Enjoy the convenience of being just a block away from the beach, with local restaurants and shops also nearby. The neighborhood offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing beach getaway. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests must leave at check-out time, and there is a 5-car maximum for parking with no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. No more than 12 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible lock change fee. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa area, and no diving is allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and occupy the property unless accompanied by someone over 25. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. No glass containers are allowed near the pool. No swimming during thunderstorms or inclement weather, and do not swim alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Check-in begins after 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST. No early check-in or late check-outs are permitted, and attempted early check-in or late check-out will be billed a full day's rate. There is a $1,000 fine for smoking inside or near the premises. Unauthorized pets may incur a $250.00 per pet per day charge. Excessive cleaning fees, late departure fees, or early check-in fees may apply for non-compliance. Trash must be properly disposed of and placed at the curb for pickup. Firearms and illegal drugs are prohibited on the property. Owner's closets are off-limits. Guests are responsible for their own security by locking doors and windows. Internet and cable TV service outages are beyond our control, and no refunds will be given. Cooling temperature settings should be limited to no lower than 68 degrees. Guests are advised to purchase trip insurance. This home is suitable for children and infants.
