There is a lady living in the basement (She have my own kitchen downstairs and the two car garage but may need to come up and use the oven every now and again). There is a washer and dryer upstairs. You will have two entrances to the house front and back. I'll ask that you keep the yard mowed, snow removed from walkways, and outside in nice condition ( I have a sprinkler system around the property). Utilities such as water, electrify, trash, and WiFi, will all be in my name but will be split between you and the lady downstairs. I will require you have renters insurance (don't worry it's not expensive). The downstairs in the basement and have a wall dividing the two areas. The likelihood of you seeing anyone is limited but I would also like to be friendly. Oh, yea... I also have a 3 ring security camera including a ring doorbell that you will have access to.
