It's a big house (2.9k sqft) and it will be just 3 people total with everyone getting their own floor. Big backyard and a brand new deck with grill so it's very nice when the weather is good. Short commute to dc, walking distance of metro and multiple restaurants. Love the place.1350 a month with year lease starting July 1. Utilities separate and split evenly. I work in finance as an institutional allocator for a govt pension. The other roommate owns and runs a tennis academy. Each of us gets our own floor and own bathroom and its a four bedroom with only 3 people so there's tons of space. We keep the place clean and have a maid come monthly. 1 year lease starting July 1. Utilities (water/sewage, electric, gas, internet) are all separate and split evenly and tend to be a little over 100 a month average.
