Laguna Niguel is a great family oriented community. Lake Chateau is a close neighborhood. We celebrate Independence Day with a grand all day celebration. At Christmas the streets are lined with luminaries. Children walk to the elementary shool which is 1/4 of a mile away (maybe less.) The High School is in biking distance. The Middle School is further away but worth it. You can walk to the Laguna Niguel Regional Park or mountain bike to the Aliso Woods Wilderness Park. Walk to shops and restaurants.
