Residency history that includes prior evictions, being asked to leave a prior property, harassment, disturbing neighbors and/or other tenants, late payments, poor housekeeping, unauthorized occupants, property damage, or failure to adhere to the policies of previous leases will result in automatic denial of the application -- A background check and credit report are required for each applicant. Zillow tenant background checks and credit reports via the Zillow rental application are accepted. Applicants to pay for background check and credit report. Reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. -- All applicants need to have a credit score above 700 -- Since the property is in the City of Seattle, we will not screen for criminal history.
