We are renting out our centrally located, beautiful three bedroom home. Our home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood between Zia and Rodeo within walking distance to stores and restaurants. This 1300 square foot home is very comfortable and includes a lot of sweet accents and Santa Fe style. The home has three bedrooms, two baths and large enclosed yard space in both the front and the back. We recently put grass in the back yard which makes it the perfect spot for summer relaxing. Washer and dryer included as well as a couple custom pieces of furniture. The photos attached were taken when we lived there so the furniture is no longer there but you can easily furnish to make it fit your own style. It also includes a one car garage and plenty of room for storage. Ideally, we are looking for someone to rent this home on a month to month or six month lease basis as we are not sure what our future holds or when may need to return. However, we are open to extended lease options as well. Well behaved pets considered. Tenant also responsible for utilities (electric, gas, water and sewer)
