Includes a private room (unfurnished) and shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living room (furnished), basement (primarily storage/workout room), fenced in back yard with a deck, fire pit. The kitchen has most if not all appliances needed including, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer. The living room is furnished with 2 couches and a TV + sound system. the living room also has a fireplace I start to use late fall and winter. The property has a back yard that is fenced in with a deck. The Laundry room has a washer, dryer and lots of space if you need to air dry things. The basement is unfinished but works great for storage and I also have some workout equipment and tools down there. Open to different leasing durations. Renters are allowed to have a dog, but are required to clean up after them and pay a $150 initial fee for the first month and $30 each month following. Utilities are typically $80-100 per month (Water/electric/Wifi). No smoking allowed in the house. No drugs allowed on the property. No flushing baby wipes/flushable wipes. Fireplace and pit can be used but cannot be left unattended and must be put completely out before leaving (No Heat).
