Owner pays water, electricity, and gas. Minimum 3 month lease preferable 1 year. No smoking in the house. You park in your carport No more than two pets. Pets must be housebroken, and not a nuisance ( i.e. barking all the time) owner is a pet lover btw Your responsibility concerning maintenance is to report problems ASAP to property manager.
