The lease agreement restricts sub-leasing, the house is a single-family home and will not be able to be leased out by the party agreeing to this lease arrangement. The recycle service is on Wednesdays and the Trash service is on Friday's each week. It is expected that when this lease expires, and you move out the home will be in the same or better condition. It is highly recommended that you purchase renters' insurance to cover your own personal property as that is not covered under the insurance policy. The home has a built-in security system that is paid for by the owner. You will be given the code the use to secure the property. Please do not park cars on the grass, only on the driveway or in the carport.
