Relax House is located in Desert Park Estates, a mixed architectural residential neighborhood in North Palm Springs, CA, where many of its homes were built in the 1950s up to the 2000s. This area is very quiet, and just a few miles away from Albertsons, Starbucks, EOS Gym, Walgreens, and Victoria Park. Just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, you get easy access to the most vibrant part of the city without all the noise that comes with it. Explore local attractions including the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, charming day spas, and family-friendly hiking trails, all within close proximity. Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. Some guests have noted the home's location near the airport to be a bit noisier than they would have liked. Most guests have not found it to be an issue but this may be something to consider as you're booking your vacation.
