We are a very quiet friendly community. We throw a 4th of July BBQ every year for the tenants. Our application fee is $55.00 per adult. We do a thorough background and credit check on each individual to make sure our community stays safe and comfortable for everyone. We are within walking distance to Crosley Bowling Alley, Fort Vancouver and Officers Row, Hudson's Bay High School and Clark College. Water/sewer/garbage is included in your rent. Electricity is the tenants responsibility with Clark Public Utilities. One parking space per unit. The units come with hook ups, for stackable washer dryers only, and the tenants must provide their own washer/dryer. The units do NOT come with dishwashers. This is an upstairs unit with neighboring units on both sides.
