New paint-hand painted due to stucco finish. 3 beds on second level all 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets -of which 2 of them even have windows. Full bath upstairs, bathtub and shower. Wired for security and cable, internet. wall removed to expose stairway, large retangular opening was closed in to match the arch direcly across the room. Built ins in dining were saved and restored as was the window seat . Piano windows had glass replaced due to cracks. Now it has a gallery stained glass (3 each) installed , plus a stained glass window handmade and installed by a person who was cclose to the original tenents- they also built the home. We invited the family in after a majority of the work was done and they were so amazed and delighted-that made it totally worth it! We continue to constantly update and mae improvements.
