Phoenix II is located directly on the beach and offers breathtaking views from a private balcony. The apartment offers a charming balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the gorgeous Gulf front view. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration. There are plenty of dining options around the resort, including Doc's Seafood and Live Bait Bar & Grill just steps away. Local attractions include Adventure Island, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, The Wharf Amphitheater, and The Tanger Outlets in Foley. The nearest airport is Pensacola Regional Airport. The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV and guests can get a code at Phoenix III. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are enforced with Noise ware technology and violators will be fined. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Surveillance cameras are on site for safety. A photo ID will be required after booking to confirm the stay.
