This house has been abandoned on a property that belonged to my Grandfather, Thomas Vaughn Milner. For 25 years, it has done nothing but rot. I have returned to rightfully claim my grandfather's land, and graciously accept the shell of a house that's laid barren atop of it. Mail will be forwarded. Squatter's rights invoked. Nobody is entitled to that plot of land but me, so whatever company tried to sell it and to whomever tried to buy it, reverse the curse. You don't want it. Consider the property commandeered and occupied. Thank you. That will be all.
