The house has had a complete facelift over the past 4 months. Paint inside and out as well as all new electrical throughout the complete house every outlet (sliders and new outlets) , all new faucets, lighting, doors, handles etc.. I also had the complete kitchen updated as well and will update those pics today. New faucets, garbage disposal, sink, all new cabinet doors and amenities. All new lighting from Lowes porch, flood, etc.. The roof is less than 7 years old, and heat and air are serviced twice a year. Over the last 3 year the previous tenant only had an issue with the garage door opener which a sensor and I just had it replaced with a new belt driven. 2 to 3 year lease min, please submit applications if interested.
