The location is on Ethan Way, the house is a 2b1b house, with the bathroom being shared. The room has two side tables, a study area with a chair and table, a queen size bed with a blanket and two pillows, one air wick diffuser, two outlets, an extension cable, one mirror, one box fan, and a ceiling fan with a light, this is good for a single individual or couple that are in schooling. The common areas are the living room, and kitchen with utilities: electricity, water, trash, and internet all included, there is also a security system in place. The location is on Ethan Way, the house is a 2b1b house, with the bathroom being shared. The room has two side tables, a study area with a chair and table, a queen size bed with a blanket and two pillows, one air wick diffuser, two outlets, an extension cable, one mirror, one box fan, and a ceiling fan with a light, this is good for a single individual or couple that are in schooling. The area is good as the location has local bus routes to surrounding areas such as the Arden Mall and a grocery super stores such as WinCo and Costco Business center, the I-80 freeway is a couple of blocks away, it is also about a 10-20 minute drive to Sac State and Cal Expo. The only bad side about this location is there are no sidewalks on the street as it is always busy with cars as it's a bit noisy during the day. Must be pet friendly, as there are three dogs on the premises in their crates, all friendly. The ideal candidate is those who can agree to rules such as no drugs allowed, smoking is accepted outside the house, nicotine only. I accept 1 small or large pet, service dogs OK (we will need to keep our pets separate). I (male) will be living on-site, just fyi I usually play music when I'm outside. Just another note, if you decide to break the lease there will be a $500 fee to break the lease if the original contract is for 6 months or more.Text me (Roommate) if you're interested so we can schedule a day for you to take a look at the house, thank you for your time.
