Waterfront house was built in 1940 or before. No pine or particle board in its construction. It has survived Carla, Alicia and Ike. This house is solid. It does need work, but but most 73 year olds do, and it is definitely livable. I'm only posting one picture because it is all I have on my phone, but the picture shows what you are really buying. If you like the picture and like doing renovation work this place is unbeatable. Located in a neighborhood that is transitioning up. High dollar new construction and renovations down the street although I don't know the dollar amounts.
