This is a very cute doll house in the rough. Great block with 2 churches on it. Very little needed to get this up and running. Great back yard. Exterior needs paint, and rear of house needs some siding work, or maybe a porch expansion with a covered area. The lot next door is vacant. Possibility to adopt it. Leaded glass windows around front door. Think "Little House On The Prairie" in McKeesport. Cosmetic fixes are limited. There is a midlife furnace in place. No water heater as the mid nite plumbers have visited. Pex plumbing in place for most of the house. Nice use of space makes for a large LR and Large DR, with good bedroom(s) and bath size. Roof appears to have more life in it, and also has newer double pane windows. House is on breakers
