This is a great unit at the end of the Village Green complex.The unit is in great condition. Things we have liked about this unit: Updated Kitchen Kitchen window faces the gardens where we often see deer Parking always available Basement is 1/2 finished and 1/2 laundry, furnace, and storage A/C replaced Spring of 2014. HOA does not cover A/C problems. Small playground right outside Close to Zoo, Children museum, Gardens, and downtown (Village green residents get into the gardens for free) Neighbors are both great retired couples Note that Village Green is a Co-Op. When you purchase a unit you are purchasing part of the organization rather than the actual unit. The monthly fee ($354 for our unit) covers nearly everything you would expect as if you were renting excluding dishwasher, A/C, and anything else not original to the unit.
