Handyman special. I purchased this house with intentions of turning it into a rental property. A tree had grown into the side of the roof at the kitchen and caused damages to the roof over the kitchen and both bathrooms. I have since removed the damaging part of the tree and a mountain of trash and several other over grown trees in the yard I think I it would have made a lovely duplex 2 bed, 1 bath split, however I do not have the time to perform work on the property.
