This homesite includes city water and sewer and all assessments paid. Fishing is the number one sport in our neighborhood. It is not unusual to have manatees and dolphins in front of your new home. Neighborhood has almost no crime and it is friendly to live in. The exposure on the back of the lot is South which is preferred by most residents.
