Living Room offers a light-filled comfortable, open space with different seating and a chaise lounge. The gardeners and pool cleaner visit once a week, but there is no interaction required. The cost to clean and heat the pool (to reasonable limits) is included in the price. The fireplace is not functional. There are remote controlled decorative electric candles in the fireplace for ambiance.
