Dear Prospective Tenant, Unit 11 at 2419 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove, IL, has been the best leasing and living experiences I have had to date. The unit is quiet, due to the adjacent golf course. In the winter, the course is visible through the trees and covered in snow. In the summer, the leaf filled trees provide 100% privacy. The neighbors here are friendly and welcoming, who actually greet you in passing. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The free heat in the winter is very nice. It is relaxing to sit on the patio late spring through early fall and enjoy the sounds of birds chirping. If I were not moving out of state, I would have most likely stayed at this unit. The location is excellent - close to major expressways, shopping, and walking/biking trails. There is a prairie preserve on the next street west off Ogden. In the summer, it is filled with fireflies at night - pretty cool sight. Geet is an excellent landlord and is very responsive and attentive. I have not had a better landlord tenant relationship/experience than I have had with Geet. I highly recommend this unit.
