Spacious and open layout with great natural light all day through the many south and west facing windows. In addition, I'm working on (myself, literally) renovating the front yard to create a shared space that all the tenants can hangout. I prefer to build a friendly relationship with my tenants, rather than being the detached landlord. So if you are handy, or want to learn about some basic repair, landscaping, and/or woodworking skills, it's a huge plus! (two current tenants helped me build the fence!) In addition, I can also provide furniture upon request, free of charge. It's also cool if you prefer to bring your own. The studio is available from 06/01/2026. The lease is 12 months, and may be renewed annually. You will sign the lease directly with me, the owner. Pets are welcome! But if you have pets, I do require the unit to be cleaned by professional cleaners when move out (About $100 to $200). There's per unit monthly utility fee of $100, which covers ALL utilities. This includes high speed internet, water, electricity, garbage, etc. Every additional person is $50.
