I'm looking for 2 roommates at the end of April in Davenport. Preferably female. I have a small dog so another small animal (or two) would be fine. I am allergic to cats but have lived with them before. The shorter hair, the better. It's a 4 bedroom townhouse. I'd like to keep one of the rooms vacant. Everyone would get their own bathroom. Place is fully furnished except for the other bedrooms. Rent would be $750 a person plus utilities. Internet is $37, electric is around $60, and water is around $30 a person. I've lived here 5 years so the deposits are tco'd. I work at Disney and it's about 26 minutes from the parks. No smoking. No big dogs. Year lease. Parking in front of house. 1 designated parking spot with a "free spot" between each designated one.
