The unit is was remodeled two years ago with all new quartz counters, cabinets, windows, flooring, and showers. There are two private entrances to the unit with key-code entry. Vista Hermosa Park is less than half a mile walk away. The beginning of Downtown is less than a mile away. Rent includes water, trash, HEATING AND FREE A/C! I got solar installed in my unit and it's producing more than I use so I installed a 4 unit split A/C system with 2 units in this rental. The power for the system is hooked up to my electrical. Each unit has an individual thermostat. Parking is street only. There are no designated parking spots with this house. Parking can typically be found but is sometimes as far away as half a mile. But hey, walking is good for you! I live the car free lifestyle of walking, transit, Ubers, and Amazon PrimeNow groceries. There are two laundromats just down the street about 400 feet away. There is no on-site laundry. There is a large crawl space under the house which is available for storage.
