The space: The first floor has a large boot room with laundry and generous space for equipment, an open living/ dining/kitchen area with ceiling-high windows, and a large bedroom area with full bath and sliding glass door to the backyard. A circular staircase accesses the main floor, with open kitchen, dining and living rooms, a large sundeck, custom fireplace, another wall of windows, master bedroom, full bath, new dishwasher, and flatscreen HDTV. Two large curtained bedroom areas on the third floor round out the space. PRICE DROP: A family health issue and the loss of a beloved furry family member has us listing very late. We hope to find someone to enjoy the winter here, even as the snow is starting to fly! ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: Price includes propane (heat), electric (cooking, hot water), internet and wifi, telephone (local service), washer/dryer, new dishwasher.
