Rent is $545/month plus automatic $30 gas + $20 water per month. Total cost is $595/month but I am willing to make a deal with you for this sublease! This sublease is also available BEFORE July 14, 2018 so ask me if you need to move in before that for summer semester and we can work something out! I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. It is quiet, cozy, and has everything I need and just enough space! The microwave and dishwasher were brand new when I moved in in July 2016. Apartment is also pet friendly! There IS a parking lot right outside the apartment and free street parking as well.
