Mid-Range landscaping was done to the home. Newly laid sod, and the building of a driveway off the street with lumber and mulch. Small hedging plants added. Where necessary, plywood sheets were installed to add stability and new shingles were added. Major Window replacement was done: As the only parts being wood, the windows had extensive termite damage. All wood was removed. The frames were remolded using concrete and stucco and new window sills built along with new aluminum framed windows installed. After the major remodel was completed, the entire plumbing system was removed from the home and replaced. The home originally had all steel pipes running throughout. These were all removed and PVC pipe was run throughout the home. This greatly enhanced the pressure and removed the sediment taste from the home’s water.
