It is located at Raintree apartments; I signed a one year lease 3 months ago in December so I need somebody to take over my lease which will end December 2019. I am a nursing student and I am not able to pay since I will not be working as much.They will run your back ground check at the apartment office. You don't have to pay $400 deposit I already paid it so you will save on that deposit. Also the 24 hour gym key is $50 which I paid for already you don't have to pay for it again. It is electric so you have to pay electric bill. It is a great apartment, safe and clean looks brand new inside. Call me for more information. Tenant to pay utilities
