    What's special

    It's a cute roomy 2 bdrm place. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet. The bathroom is nice sized too and the It has a great big window in the living room and another large kitchen window. There are some trees in the complex with a pool and a laundry facility for those who haven't yet converted their linen closet into a laundry closet. The linen closet can be converted to a laundry closet for a couple hundred bucks they tell me. There is also a hall closet and a coat closet so nice closet space. The kitchen is nice also. If you have the money upgrading the kitchen would make the place just perfect. Neighborhood Description It's a little bit older neighborhood, but the people seem to care about their places. There aren't a lot of run down places in the few blocks over from what I can tell. It is also really close to a nice Safeway store and a Big Lots and a couple of gas stations. There are lots of little restaurants and stores just down the streets although not in the traditional strip mall sort of way. The Canton Gardens is pretty good and I would still like to try "The Graduate" but they are always crowded so I haven't stopped there yet. If you drive west down Country Club you find out why they call it Country Club. There is actually a "country club" at the end of the street.
