    Hey there! I've got a nice 165 sq. ft. bedroom open in a fantastic home in SW Denver. This home has pretty much everything you could want in terms of amenities. The home is shared between three of us in total, there are currently just me and one other roommate in the house. We would like to make this a good community feel that is very friendly and respectful. The current roommate and I have a great rhythm and friendship between us, and we hope you'd want the same with us. The two of us in the house are early 30s and are outdoorsy and active with a good mix of chill and relaxed. We prioritize maintaining a consistent schedule for sleep, and quiet hours are respected in the house. We all want to feel comfortable in this space. We're consistent with getting to bed around 10:30-11:00 and getting up around 6:30-7:30 so if your normal sleep schedule is much different than those hours this probably won't be the best fit. I'm the homeowner so I quickly take care of any issues that may arise with the house as I have a vested interest in it being comfortable for all of us. I'm looking for a six month lease, but ideally this is a great fit for all of us in the home and you wanna stick around and extend beyond six months. The current other roommate has been here for 18 months so far. The room is available by March 31st. We're happy to have well behaved dogs in the house and have had some in the past that have been lovely. Contact me and I'd be happy to share a lot more about the home, the two of us living here, and the vibes we're looking for, etc. There are two sheds on the property if you need to store some larger items. Also at present we can't do cats or couples. I limit utilities to $125 per month per person max. Anything over that I cover out of pocket. Greg Utilities split three ways. Lease is for six months then month to month. Deposit is one month's rent, pet deposit is $200. Pet rent is $25/month.
