Other Fees: $50 Villages ID. Rental Policy: $2,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned, less housekeeping fee within 15 days of departure provided there are no damages. $150 Cleaning Fee will be charged if property is not left in the same clean condition as when residency began. Cancellation Policy Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $500 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payments unless we are able to secure a rental for the time period and the same terms. Total occupancy cannot exceed four persons. This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided. Utilities include, electric, gas, cable and internet. Rental Policy Security deposit - $1,000 Housekeeping fee - $250 if house is not left clean. Temporary resident ID - $50 per person (optional) This is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed within property limits. Rental Process Reservations are accepted by phone or email. Rental agreement must be signed and returned with the reservation deposit within seven days of reservation. Final payment, including security deposit is due 60 days prior to the start date (unless time does not permit). Security deposit will be returned, less housekeeping fee within 15 days of departure provided there are no damages. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, your reservation deposit and rental payments are refundable (less administration fee) only if a rental is secured for the same period at the same rate.
