There is a fenced backyard and off street parking with 2 parking spots. The apartment has been a vacation rental so it has everything that you could want. There is a washer and dryer unit as well. Everything inside was purchased within the last 6 months. Only 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, 8 minutes from downtown Tampa. 30 minute drive to the St Pete beaches. We are open to short term stays from 1-6 months. The apartment is currently occupied so please do not disturb the tenants. Depending on length of stay, utilities can be put in your name. Optional $300 per month extra for water, sewer, trash, electricity, and high speed internet to stay in your name.
