Since my kids are grown I can't really speak to the schools. I can tell you that the Klahanie development is one of the last to leave natural trees and vegetation during construction. There are mature fir trees and plants everywhere you look as opposed to the clear cut lots that seem to be the norm in current construction. Throughout the development there are many, "mini" parks, walking paths. Klahanie has two swimming pools that are included in the modest quarterly home owners association dues
