This was a beautiful country home but was destroyed by a fire in 2018. The fire started in the attic and was put out before it burnt to the ground. The damage however was enough to total the brick home. Because it was put out in time, the concrete structure in the main kitchen area which is roughly a 20x20 should be salvageable if someone wanted to build a mini home on it or use it for a nice porch area for a future home build. The Metal building was not damaged at all by the fire and is in perfect condition. I believe the barn is a 25x25 and obviously has a concrete floor as well. The location is perfect for a new home, but the existing house will have to be hauled off or buried. Because it is just out side of city limits, and because of the agricultural surroundings it gives off the perfect country feel but also gives you the convenience of being right next to town.
