This is a subdivision built by Cinco and has only 34 homes in the neighborhood. All of the homes are situated with trees lining the back of our homes and gives a wooded feel. The neighborhood shares a a beautiful male peacock that roams in and out of our yards. We are not the same subdivision as Evergreen--houses and yards are large and private--I have a beautiful garden on the hill with a sitting area for reading or relaxing.
