There is a Trader Joe's and Safeway within walking distance as well as a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants. The Metro bus line runs on E. Madison headed toward downtown every 15 minutes or catch the #48 towards UW campus. Unit 104 has a view of the courtyard through the kitchen window but also has living room windows that face E. Madison which receive lovely natural light. There are natural hardwood floors throughout, an efficient in-unit gas furnace and updated shower surround. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 monthly utility for water, sewer, garbage. This building does not allow smoking or dogs. Cats are welcome.
