This villa is pet and smoke free for the benefit & comfort of our guests. Thank You... Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, refrigerator W/ice maker, microwave, electric stove, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, and utensils. We provide the initial supply of household consumables:: dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, liquid hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels, soap for both bathrooms, and garbage/recycle bags. Washer and dryer are also included in the interior laundry room. Master bedroom has a beautiful, comfy King bed. You also have a sliding glass door that opens to the screened in lanai and nice yard that is enclosed with a wall for your privacy. Nicely appointed guest bedroom & 3rd bedroom have Queen beds and nice size closets. Linens and towels are provided plus towels for the pool. (Lanai is screened in and will be extended another 12 feet X 20 feet to create a beautiful outdoor living area by mid June.) Vaulted/Tray ceilings with fans in lanai, living room and bedrooms. Sit with your laptop anywhere you please and enjoy wireless Internet access along with Cable TV. Enjoy your coffee every morning with the Daily Sun Newspaper delivered right to your door!! You are a super short walk to the pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce courts, horseshoe pits and mailboxes. Maybe a minute or two... 55" TV in the living room. 32" TV in Master Bedroom! Check in time is 3:00 P.M. on the first day of the month. Check out time is 10:00 A.M. on the last day of the month. Rental Policy:: Taxes, utilities, DirecTV, high speed internet, trash and lawn service are included. Keys and gate passes will be available upon arrival. Non-refundable deposit... 25% of the total rental fee due within 14 days of booking. Balance due 90 days prior to occupancy. $700 security deposit and $150 cleaning fee are due 90 days prior to occupancy. The security deposit will be returned with 15 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear and tear, damage or removal or loss of contents and keys and gate passes are all returned. ALL Florida taxes, utilities, cable TV, Internet, trash, and lawn service are included in the price. Owners are villages residents and will make sure everything goes well during your stay.
