The kitchen and master bedroom is located upstairs so you have to be able to climb stairs to live here. There is a wood burning stove that works very well. There is no gas and all heaters are resistance electric so most tenants use the wood stove to reduce energy bills that can be high in the winter. There is a one car garage with an unfinished room behind the garage for storage or a small shop. There is a wood storage shed attached to the back. It comes with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven. The kitchen has plenty of storage space. Currently the washer and dryer are in the shop downstairs. We conduct a rigorous screening of all adults over 18 years of age. The screening fee is nonrefundable at 50 Dollars per adult. I will provide screening criteria at our first meeting before requesting any personal information. Energy costs can be high in the winter. The last tenant burned 3 cords of wood during one winter and the electric bill was $210 in the winter and $130 in the summer and he did not heat downstairs.
