It only takes 20 minutes to get to downtown Indy and 10 minutes to the airport. Please see the website attached for more information on the complex and amenities.Very quiet and mature complex. No issues in the entire 1+ year living there.We live in a similar layout to the Carnegie.The renter will need to go through the application process with the leasing office, but this is an excellent price for a 5 month lease. You would be able to extend it if desired past the 5 months.The price would be well over $1,000/month if you were to try and go about getting this lease through the office.My fiance and I are planning to move back to Cincinnati and of course we just finished signing a 10 month lease. We have kept it in excellent shape in the 1 year and 4 months we have lived there so far.Obviously walk-throughs are welcome. We have 1 dog and 1 cat currently so you are obviously welcome to have pets as well. We vacuum once a week so there is no hair or anything gross to worry about cleaning up.
