Our home is available to rent unfurnished for $3600 per month. It can also be made available furnished. High speed internet is INCLUDED in the rent as well as about 50 FREE over-the-air channels with our remote controlled antenna. Home is located on a very quiet and peaceful road in the delightful and popular Boulder Point neighborhood of West Flagstaff. It is close to Walmart, two grocery stores, a number of restaurants, banks, shopping centers, athletic facilities, Home Depot, car washes, walking trails, and major doctor facilities. There is quick, close and easy access to historic downtown Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University, a large county park, National Forest Service walking trails, and the two freeways, I-40 & I-17. Two city bus transit stops are about 3 to 5 blocks away, with service to all parts of town. Our airport is only about 12 minutes away. The Flagstaff Unified School District services the area with a pickup location about a block away. Our Boulder Point community has a nice and safe park for children. The air conditioner is wonderful for a few of our hotter summer days. If you enjoy gardening this will be a great property on which to enjoy the outdoors. There is a master bathroom jacuzzi tub or a shower to conclude any of your outdoor activities. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of summer backyard shade on the back yard grass starting about 2 pm. The three car garage is great for storage and for parking, especially on snowy winter days. The floor of the garage has a nice epoxy finish. There is also an exterior backyard lockable storage building. There's a nice privacy fence around the entire backyard with two lockable gates. There is a nice size back lawn with an automated sprinkler system. Our area is a lot more walkable and bike friendly than indicated by Zillow. We have bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of our streets, urban trails, and greenbelts. Lease terms are available for 1, 2, or 3 years. There are no rent-to-own terms available. A security deposit of $3600 is due when the lease is signed. There will be additional fees for late rental payments, snow removal charges if necessary, yard maintenance and repair charges if necessary, and a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit if needed after you move out. Renter is responsible for all utilities including any deposits for city services (trash, recycle, water), natural gas, and electric. Landlord provides FREE internet services. Renter is responsible for city required and landlord required snow removal. Renter is responsible for landscape maintenance, especially as required by the HOA.
