In 2003 we updated the kitchen from 10x9 to 20x9. It has a very large sun room that was added to house in 1999. It's 20x30. In 2007 repainted entire house, and put in new floors. This house is very roomy. All bedrooms are very large and bathrooms are also very large. The house sits on a corner lot and is one of the largest lots in the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub make a personal retreat for any family. We have entertained here for a few years because the house and lot are just so big. If your into gardening, the yard will just make your heart skip a beat. You can hide away in the backyard and never want to leave. Neighborhood Description great neighborhood to raise your kids in.
